Paper
Museum-quality 270 gsm satin art paper with a soft sheen. Heavy enough to feel substantial when handled, archival enough to last decades without yellowing or fading. The same paper used on every size in our catalogue.
Inks & press
Pigment-printed on a 12-colour press for exceptional colour range and archival permanence. Pigment ink (not dye) means colours hold their depth for 60+ years under normal indoor display conditions.
Packaging
Sizes A4 and larger ship rolled in plain unmarked tubes. A5 and smaller ship flat in stiffened mailers. Every order goes out unbranded — no Zela Print logos, no packing slips, no invoices. The customer only sees your brand.
Dispatch & shipping
Most orders dispatched within 48 working hours. UK arrives 1–3 working days, EU 3–6, rest of world 5–10. Every parcel is tracked end-to-end — the tracking number goes back to you so you can update your customer in your own voice.

File requirements
JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF up to 100 MB. Aim for 300 DPI at your chosen size — for example, 3508 × 4961 pixels for A3 or 7200 × 10800 for 24×36 inch. The configurator checks your file at upload and warns if resolution is too low to print sharp.
Damage & reprint guarantee
Every order is covered by the Zela Print guarantee. If a print arrives damaged in transit, or faded, or with a colour defect, send a photo within 21 days and we reprint and re-ship free of charge — direct to your customer.

How long does it take to print and dispatch?
We print and dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order from our UK studio. UK delivery is typically 1–2 working days after dispatch; international delivery varies by destination.
What paper do you print on?
Every poster is printed on 270 gsm satin art paper using archival pigment inks. The satin finish has a subtle sheen without harsh glare and resists fingerprints — a good all-rounder for art prints, photography, and typography.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Order one print or a thousand — pricing is per-print and there are no setup fees. The same price applies whether you order one or many of the same design.
What file format and resolution should I upload?
Upload a high-resolution PDF, JPG or PNG. For crisp results we recommend 300 DPI at the final print size. We review every file before printing and flag anything that looks low-resolution or off-aspect.
Will the colours match what I see on my screen?
Screens display in RGB and printers produce CMYK — most colours translate well, but very bright neons, pure cyans, and some deep blues can shift slightly. If colour accuracy is critical, order a sample print first.
Do you offer plain packaging for resellers?
Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no Zela Print marketing inside or out — your customer sees your brand, not ours.
