What file formats do you accept?

JPG, PNG, TIFF, WEBP and PDF — up to 100MB per file. We recommend a minimum of 150 DPI at your chosen print size; our uploader will warn you if your image is too low resolution.

What paper do you print on?

Every order is printed on 270gsm satin art paper — a heavyweight, museum-quality stock that sits between matte and gloss. It holds detail beautifully and resists fading for 100+ years under normal light conditions.

How long until my order is dispatched?

Most orders leave our Huntingdon studio within 48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your print ships.

How is my poster packaged?

Prints up to A2 are sent flat in stiffened mailers. Larger sizes are rolled in plain, unmarked tubes — no Zela Print branding, ideal if you're re-selling the print under your own brand.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. UK delivery is 1–3 working days. EU is typically 3–6 working days. Rest of world is 5–10 working days. Tracking is provided on every order.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Tell us within 21 days, send a photo of the issue, and we'll reprint and re-ship it for free. No questions, no fuss.

My image looks low resolution — will the print be OK?

When you upload, we calculate the effective DPI of your image at the chosen size. If it's below recommended, we'll show an amber warning — the print will still work but may show some softness. If it's very low, we show a red warning and recommend a smaller size or a higher-resolution file.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. Volume discounts kick in automatically — up to 45% off when you order 251 or more of the same size. For very large runs (1000+) email support@zelaprint.com for a custom quote.

Do you offer framing?

Not yet — we focus on the print itself. We'll be adding framing in a future release.

Can I sell your prints on Etsy or my own shop?

Yes — that's the drop-ship service. We print and ship in unbranded packaging directly to your customer. Etsy integration to pull orders automatically is in development.
