Paper
Museum-quality 270 gsm satin art paper with a soft sheen. Heavy enough to feel substantial when handled, archival enough to last decades without yellowing or fading. The same paper used on every size in our catalogue.
Inks & press
Pigment-printed on a 12-colour press for exceptional colour range and archival permanence. Pigment ink (not dye) means colours hold their depth for 60+ years under normal indoor display conditions.
Packaging
Sizes A4 and larger ship rolled in plain unmarked tubes. A5 and smaller ship flat in stiffened mailers. Every order goes out unbranded — no Zela Print logos, no packing slips, no invoices. The customer only sees your brand.
Dispatch & shipping
Most orders dispatched within 48 working hours. UK arrives 1–3 working days, EU 3–6, rest of world 5–10. Every parcel is tracked end-to-end — the tracking number goes back to you so you can update your customer in your own voice.

File requirements
JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF up to 100 MB. Aim for 300 DPI at your chosen size — for example, 3508 × 4961 pixels for A3 or 7200 × 10800 for 24×36 inch. The configurator checks your file at upload and warns if resolution is too low to print sharp.
Damage & reprint guarantee
Every order is covered by the Zela Print guarantee. If a print arrives damaged in transit, or faded, or with a colour defect, send a photo within 21 days and we reprint and re-ship free of charge — direct to your customer.

A2 is the size people buy when they've picked the wall and want a print that owns it. Higher-intent buyer, less price-sensitive.

Studio and gallery sales
If you sell in person (markets, pop-ups, gallery walls), A2 is the size that gets the photos for social media.
Printed on 270 gsm satin art paper. At A2, paper weight matters — anything below 250 gsm starts to feel cheap when handled. 270 gsm holds its shape in the tube and on the frame.
A2 frames are available at most decent framers but less common than A4/A3 on the high street. Custom framing or a recessed mount looks excellent at this size. Ships rolled in a plain unmarked tube.

What's the highest resolution I should upload for A2?
Aim for 4960 × 7016 pixels (300 DPI). Lower will print fine but might soften fine detail at this scale.
Why does A2 lift my average order value so much?
It moves the buyer from impulse-purchase ranges (£10–£25) into the considered-purchase range (£40+). Buyers in that bracket are looking for something they'll keep — and they pay accordingly.
