By placing an order with Zela Print you agree to the terms outlined here. The short version: pay for what you order, own the rights to the images you upload, and we’ll print them carefully.
Image rights
You confirm that you own — or have permission to use — every image you upload. Zela Print is not liable for copyright disputes arising from your uploads. We will not knowingly print copyrighted material without authorisation, and reserve the right to refuse any order.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe. We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before printing — if a price is wildly wrong, we’ll contact you before charging.
Print quality
We print to the highest standard our equipment allows. Output quality depends on your input file — please follow our resolution guidance. Refunds for defective prints are covered in our refund and returns policy.
Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for any order is the value paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, opportunity costs, or onward customer claims).
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the version live when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
