Museum-quality 270 gsm satin art paper with a soft sheen. Heavy enough to feel substantial when handled, archival enough to last decades without yellowing or fading. The same paper used on every size in our catalogue.
Inks & press
Pigment-printed on a 12-colour press for exceptional colour range and archival permanence. Pigment ink (not dye) means colours hold their depth for 60+ years under normal indoor display conditions.
Packaging
Sizes A4 and larger ship rolled in plain unmarked tubes. A5 and smaller ship flat in stiffened mailers. Every order goes out unbranded — no Zela Print logos, no packing slips, no invoices. The customer only sees your brand.
Dispatch & shipping
Most orders dispatched within 48 working hours. UK arrives 1–3 working days, EU 3–6, rest of world 5–10. Every parcel is tracked end-to-end — the tracking number goes back to you so you can update your customer in your own voice.

File requirements
JPG, PNG, TIFF, or PDF up to 100 MB. Aim for 300 DPI at your chosen size — for example, 3508 × 4961 pixels for A3 or 7200 × 10800 for 24×36 inch. The configurator checks your file at upload and warns if resolution is too low to print sharp.
